How much is the shipping cost?+
Shipping cost will be calculated based on your order total and delivery address at checkout, right before you confirm your purchase.
How are shipments made?+
We work with Correios (Brazilian postal service) and partner carriers. Available options appear at checkout, according to your delivery address.
Where can I receive my order?+
We ship nationwide. Just enter your address at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?+
Tradme works with made-to-order production. This means your piece is specially produced after order confirmation.

Shipping time: 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time: after shipping, depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout (usually between 3 and 7 business days).

What is the deadline to request an exchange?+
You can request an exchange within 7 days after receiving the product. For more details, visit our Exchanges & Returns page.
What should I do if the product doesn't arrive in good condition?+
